1936 Anita und Walter Glüsing founded the
Company Walter Glüsing · Ship Suppliers · Cuxhaven
All startet in a horsestable at the Fahrenholzstraße.

1938 the company moved to the Neue Reihe 71,
the former bakery of Sahlmann.

1938 + 1939 2 sons were born· Ebe and Reimer Glüsing

1941 the enlistment of Walter Glüsing

1949 the return from war capivity in Jugoslavia.
During that 8 years Anita Glüsing kept the young company running
with quite some help and support of many fishermen from Cuxhaven and Finkenwerder

1952 removel to the new building at the Old Habour
